On February 8, 2022, introduction of departments was held for freshmen of Hokkaido University.
While many departments held their introductions online, the Department of Biological Sciences (Macromolecular Functions) held face-to-face introductions about the research and individual consultations.
Staffs and students from 12 laboratories welcomed freshmen. We explained about our research and students’ life after the course transition in the sophomore year. Participating students had many questions for us and were listening to the explanations enthusiastically.
The web-based introduction of the department is now available until February 28. (For Hokkaido University students/staffs only)
