On Thursday, May 2nd, we held a meet and greet for new BC2 students assigned to our department this year. The networking event included a tour of ES CON FIELD and a lecture from a former professional baseball player, facilitating deeper interaction among participants. Additionally, at KUBOTA AGRI FRONT, the students divided into five teams and earnestly competed in an agricultural simulation game.
Upon returning to the university, we hosted a welcome party that included juniors and faculty members. With enjoying some light snacks, each BC2 student introduced themselves, which was followed by engaging discussions with BC3 students and professors about research and life in the department, making for a highly spirited event.
