Dr. Yuyama (Faculty of Advanced Life Science, Hokkaido University) and TOPPAN INC. have developed the digital assay system for analyzing Alzheimer’s amyloid ß-bound exosomes. This research result has been published in Alzheimer’s Research & Therapy.

・We succeeded in developing the digital assay system for analyzing amyloid ß-bound exosomes.
・Age-dependent increase of amyloid ß-bound exosomes was found in the blood of Alzheimer’s disease model mice using this assay system.
・It can be expected to be applied to the assay system of diagnostic technology for preclinical Alzheimer’s disease.
