Overview of Research

A hallmark of protein conformational diseases, exemplified by neurodegenerative disorders, is the expression of misfolded and aggregated proteins with associated toxicity. My purpose is to elucidate the relationship between cellular aggregated protein and cytotoxicity using innovative fluorescence microscopy, spectroscopic imaging methods and so on.
