[January 30] HU-UMA Virtual Symposium on Food Science

Hokkaido University (HU) and its strategic international partner, the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMA), are pleased to announce its third virtual symposium as follows. The two universities jointly organized virtual symposia on research topics of common interest, such as Polymer Science and Engineering in 2024, Geopolitics in 2025, and now on Food Science.

Speakers from the Faculty of Advanced Life Science will be Prof. Tomoyasu Aizawa and Prof. Kenji Monde.
