Overview of Research
Cancer is one of the most lethal diseases all over the world. I am trying to understand cancer as a biological scientist and cure cancer. Especially, my recent interest is the interaction between cancer cells and their physical surrounding environment: “stiffness” and “forces”. The biological area that focus on these physical aspects is called as “mechanobiology”. My aim is to understand what cancer is in the context of mechanobiology, followed by better therapy of cancer.
